So I’m studying for my personal training certification. I’ve learned more about the human body in the last 2 days than I have in my life. This shit is more serious than I thought, it gives me a new outlook on trainers.
Val is sleeping, and I’m listening to space music….weird day…but a good one :) that’s for sure.
